All Sales Are Final
Precious metals are priced against a live, constantly moving spot market. Because we lock in our own cost the moment your order is placed, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on completed orders — including if the spot price moves after your purchase. Please confirm your order carefully before checking out.
Pricing
Displayed prices update live and reflect our price at the moment you complete checkout. Once Stripe accepts your payment, that price is final regardless of subsequent spot movement in either direction.
Shipping & Insurance
All online orders ship fully insured and require an adult signature on delivery. We are not responsible for loss or theft after a package is marked delivered by the carrier, or for delays caused by the carrier once a shipment has left our facility.
Payment
We accept payment via major credit cards and select cryptocurrencies through our payment processor. Wire transfer orders are not available for instant online checkout — call us directly to place and confirm a wire order.
Order Verification
We reserve the right to request additional identity verification on any order before shipment, particularly first-time or higher-value orders, consistent with our compliance obligations — see our Compliance & OFAC Policy.
